Starting with just three people, Collecting Cars now has a team of 90 specialists with a presence across four continents. In less than four years, it has become the leading curated online marketplace for collectible cars, bikes and automobilia globally – transforming the way that enthusiasts buy and sell.

It has disrupted a 60-year-old business model by moving the high-end auction experience entirely online, and offering a free-to-list and free-to-sell service for collectors. The platform now has over 100,000 registered members, has sold more than 12,000 lots, and has generated in excess of £450 million for its sellers.

In June 2023, Collecting Cars was named one of the UK’s top 20 fastest-growing founder-led privately owned companies. Of the circa 4.2 million private companies in the UK, only around 1% (45,000) are considered ‘high growth’, and the business was ranked 17th in FEBE’s 2023 Growth 100.

Collecting Cars has always been more than just a buying and selling platform though. It now hosts more than 60 events per year, including record-breaking gatherings at Bicester Heritage, and its Coffee Runs have become must-attend meets.
