Memoride is a British engineering-led automotive marque dedicated to preserving the original design, body structure and chassis architecture of exceptional classic cars, while developing the advanced materials, lightweight structures, manufacturing processes and powertrain technologies required to give them modern—and future-facing—performance, quality, safety and durability.
History is the rarest form of luxury. The proportions, surfaces, engineering logic and cultural identity of a great classic belong to a specific moment in time and cannot be recreated once altered. Memoride therefore develops technology around the car itself, allowing the original vehicle to remain true to its history while its underlying capability is comprehensively advanced.
Every Memoride is developed as a complete vehicle, systematically uniting the beauty of classic design, the purity of the driving experience and the convenience of modern everyday use through rigorous engineering, testing and quality control.
Its engineering team brings experience from leading global automotive manufacturers and works alongside specialists and academics in materials science, structural engineering, powertrains and advanced manufacturing. Supported by a world-class automotive supply chain, Memoride applies the rigour of series production to highly individual, low-volume automobiles.
Memoride develops combustion, electric and future powertrain solutions specifically for classic vehicles. Its electric programmes are deeply integrated with OXVoltage, which independently develops electric-drive, vehicle-control and thermal-management systems for demanding classic-car applications.
Beginning with the smallest and most technically challenging British classic, Memoride is reviving the wider Classic Mini family, including the Mini Saloon, Beach Car, Clubman, Pickup, Wolseley Hornet and Riley Elf.
From limited series to a unique one-off commission, Memoride creates rare automobiles for a very small number of discerning owners.
