Salon Privé Shortlisted for Prestigious International Historic Motoring Award
Salon Privé is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for Motoring Event of the Year at the 2025 International Historic Motoring Awards (IHMA), the most prestigious accolades in the world of classic and historic motoring.
Recognised for its landmark 20th anniversary celebration at Blenheim Palace, held from 27–31 August 2025, Salon Privé has been honoured in the Motoring Event of the Year category for its exceptional contribution to the presentation of automotive heritage, as well as its innovation in curating a truly world-class motoring experience.
Marking two decades of elegance and excellence, Salon Privé 2025 welcomed a record-breaking 28,000 visitors, the largest audience in its history, to a week-long celebration where heritage, competition, and style converged. The event showcased 60 exceptional concours entries from 13 nations, culminating in Best of Show being awarded to The Auriga Collection’s 1936 Mercedes-Benz 500 K Spezial Roadster.
The debut of the Automotive Gallery, a pioneering glass and iron structure redefining the presentation of automobiles, underscored Salon Privé’s ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability in the world of motoring events. Alongside world-class concours judging, vibrant club rivalries, and the dynamic Concours de Vente, judged by experts including Richard Hammond, Salon Privé 2025 reaffirmed its place as a highlight of the international motoring calendar.
